Save the date for June 10th unconference!
May 5, 2014Posted by on
It is time for the annual ACRL MD unconference! This year, it will be held on June 10, 2014 on Stevenson University’s Greenspring Campus and the theme is “Square Peg, Round Hole: Creative problem solving in the 21st century library”.
Next week, we will open registration for this event and you are encouraged to submit topics ahead of time so we can prepare the agenda. This topic should include a problem or challenge faced by your library as well as the solution that eased the problem. Topics will then be reviewed by a panel, and some attendees will be contacted beforehand to prepare a lightning talk to share their challenge and solutions.
We hope to see you in Ocean City this week at the 2014 MLA/DLA conference, where hopefully your ideas for topic proposals will start flowing! Watch this space for more information!
