Evolve at MLA/DLA 2018: Use Your Words!

DECOSTER_Elizabeth_5x7This week we’re highlighting a program by Elizabeth DeCoster (left) and Margaret Dull. How can a public services librarian, an e-resources specialist, and a cataloger communicate with one another about workflows and user expectations? The presenters will share approaches to bridging the jargon gap between library departments, based on a review of multidisciplinary literature and drawing from their own experiences as collaborators from different spheres. It should be a great presentation that will help all of us, no matter our role or type of library, work together more effectively!
