ACRL MD’s executive board is starting to look past the MLA/DLA conference to our annual spring program, which will likely take place in late May or early June. In recent years this has taken an unconference format, and the planning process has benefited from the input of a variety of librarians in the region. We’ve already settled on a theme for this year – discovery! – and now it’s time to get down to the nuts and bolts.
If you’d like to participate on the planning committee, please contact Joanna Gadsby (gadsby@umbc.edu) so she can get you in the loop. We expect to have one in-person meeting to get ourselves started, and from there the rest of the work will be done online.
