9:45-noon Overview of the ACRL Value of Academic Libraries initiative, recommendations from the report, and group discussion.
12–1pm Lunch
1-3:15pm Group discussion and exercises to lead participants to define the value of their libraries within the context of their institutions, to consider strategies for demonstrating value through assessment, and to communicate value to stakeholders.
3:15-3:30pm Wrap-up
